You have the right to cancel the Contract and return the goods within seven working days of receipt with prior agreement in writing. It will be the customers’ responsibility to return the goods at their expense. The goods must be returned in their original packaging in a condition that they can be sold as new. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This does not affect your statutory rights with regard to faulty products.

We must be advised in writing (this includes email) within seven days of any loss, damage or shortage of goods for a claim to be considered.

Delivery Schedule:
Goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days. In the event of items being out of stock, we will notify you with estimated delivery times. When goods are delivered if they are damaged please give us prompt notification.

All items are subject to carriage, the value of which is dependent upon the items ordered.

Where delivery is stated as inclusive this is to mainland UK addresses only.  There may be an additional charge for delivery to UK addresses outside this region.  Please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering if delivery is required to one of these regions.

WEEE Regulations:
The WEEE Regulations are now UK law, and are aimed at reducing the amount of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (or WEEE) going into landfill sites. This is because WEEE can contain hazardous chemicals which can damage human health and the environment if left in landfill sites. The substances can do this by contaminating soil and water sources

JPM Products Ltd take these regulations seriously, which is why we will offer customers take-back of their WEEE on a like for like basis. For example, if a customer buys a new portable ultrasound from us we will take back their old portable ultrasound. Customers must return their old WEEE within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Customers can return their WEEE in person or send it via post to:
